Return Policy
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.

Contact our studio team with your order number to start a return. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for domestic orders.

Need a different size? Start a return and place a new order — this is usually faster than a direct exchange.
